The planning phase is where we get truly specific and structured. Once I understand your goals, work schedule, and lifestyle, I will create a weekly plan that is personalised for you. This plan will not only include workouts but also address all aspects of your well-being, such as nutrition, hydration, recovery, and mental wellness. The key here is balance—this is not a “one-size-fits-all” approach. Your guide will work within your life, not against it. The goal is to make sure you stay committed without feeling overwhelmed, so each week, you’ll know exactly what to focus on, whether it’s a workout, a specific meditation practice, or a mobility routine.

After each workout, you’ll send me a photo as a part of your accountability. This allows me to see your progress, check your form, and offer any necessary adjustments. We will stay in regular contact, making sure you stay on track and continue to evolve each day. When you’re fully committed, we’ll see huge results, and you’ll experience changes in your body, mind, and overall energy levels.

Throughout this journey, I will be your guide and support. You will have access to my personal contact number, allowing you to ask questions, get feedback, or simply check in.
