Overview

Rhys was selected for one of the first seasons of Ninja Warrior but had an early exit, falling on the second obstacle. The following year, he progressed to the semi-finals and later competed in State vs State, where he became one of four athletes chosen to represent South Australia.

In the next season, he joined as a course tester before moving into the ATS team. This small group of three was responsible for demonstrating the course for competitors and the audience, resetting obstacles, and ensuring everything was ready for each run. It’s considered a highly valuable role within the show, giving Rhys deep insight and experience across the course setup and competition standards.

He’s now training for the next season, continuing to push his performance and see how far he can go.
